Photo Shoot #2

Last time we did a photo shoot of little Baby Cake, she was little enough to fit into her momma's hat basket. This time, we dressed her up in clothing that her momma once wore as a child, as well as her aunts and most likely uncles as well. She also modeled a tiny sweater set that her great grandma once knit for her grandpa when he was a newborn.

"It's too bright out here!"

Mother and child. (Drooler was napping, or else I would have included him in one of these shots!) Doesn't Baby Cake look like a doll in this photo?

Here she is modeling the bonnet, sweater and booties that her Grandpa wore. All of these photos are at an odd angle because of my poor photography skills. :) I know this should be flipped the other way, but I like looking at it this way to see her smile! Her fake cloth diaper is also falling off in this photo. The Elmo on her little diaper just didn't fit in to the retro-ness of the photo, so we had covered it. The dress is actually one that has been in my doll clothes bin since forever. It used to be in the doll clothes bin at my Grandma B's house and before that I am pretty sure it was a real baby dress for one of my aunts.

There we go, that's a better angle, but look at that sad face! I think we need to have another photo shoot so I can try again!
